What’s the difference between on-the-day coordination and full wedding planning?
On-the-day coordination is designed for couples who have organised everything themselves. I step in to gather all the details and then run the day so it flows smoothly. Full planning is different. I am with you from the start, sourcing suppliers, managing budgets, guiding decisions and overseeing everything from beginning to end.
Do you only cover Essex and London for On the day coordination?
My main areas are Essex, London and the Home Counties. I also work in the Cotswolds and other parts of England where it makes sense. Travel costs will apply, and I will always be transparent about these before you book.
What happens if the day runs over the 10 hours?
If things run over, I simply continue as needed and an agreed hourly rate may apply. Weddings usually fit comfortably within the quoted time because the planning and timelines are handled properly in advance.
Will you replace our venue coordinator?
No. A venue coordinator looks after the venue. I look after the wedding. I manage the schedule, suppliers, family dynamics, speeches, set-ups, last-minute problems and anything that needs attention. I work alongside the venue team so everything feels seamless.
Do you meet us before the wedding day?
Yes. We will have an on-site planning meeting where possible, plus an online meeting closer to the day. By the time your wedding arrives, I know your plans, priorities and non-negotiables inside out.
