You can expect to pay from £1,497* plus additional staff costs if over 200 guests

This service includes a detailed planning meeting at your venue, to walk through your day.  We will work with you to design and implement your perfect wedding day timeline based on your unique style, to ensure a flawless day.  We’ll also determine the best way to structure your formalities and discuss your required announcements in the absence of a formal MC.

Approx 10-14 days before your wedding, we will have a further planning meeting online to firm up your final ‘on the day timeline’. Following this, we contact and distribute your timeline to all your suppliers to ensure they follow the same schedule and provide everybody with a point of contact for your day. Once again giving you complete peace of mind.

When the big day finally arrives, we take care of your day so you can get ready without having to check-in on the venue and suppliers.   We arrive early, on-site to meet the external suppliers and once everything is set up to perfection work discreetly throughout the day overseeing each detail.  We will act as the main point of call for guests and suppliers, leaving you to simply celebrate with your loved ones.

This service, of course, comes with continual support and advice throughout your last few months of planning. We are here to come up with solutions for all requests and ideas, no matter how last minute you may feel they are.
