I take over supplier reconfirmation, align logistics, and create a clear, working wedding day timeline so everyone is working from the same plan.
This is a remote, UK-wide service that does not require on-site attendance.

so everything runs smoothly, without you having to manage it yourself.
This service is designed to take place approximately 8–12 weeks before your wedding date, once suppliers have been booked and details are firming up. Your Ideal window for this service is 8-12 weeks / latest window 4-6 weeks.

Review of all confirmed wedding suppliers and contracts
Direct contact with each supplier to reconfirm services booked
Collection and verification of logistics. arrival times, access, power, set-up and breakdown
Identification of gaps, clashes or unrealistic timings
Creation of a detailed, professional wedding day timeline

If your wedding involves more than eight suppliers, additional supplier reconfirmation can be added to ensure every supplier is aligned and fully briefed.

Marquee Logistics Layer
For marquee, dry hire or blank-canvas weddings, this add-on focuses on build schedules, access, power, set-up and breakdown logistics to ensure temporary structures are fully integrated into the timeline.
£150–£250 - Recommended for marquee and dry hire weddings.
Cultural Ceremony Timeline Integration
For Cultural ceremonies with multiple rituals or live ceremonial elements, this add-on translates the ceremony into a clear, workable timeline that suppliers can follow without diluting its meaning.
From £150 - Recommended for cultural, religious or fusion ceremonies.
Final Supplier Call
A chaired, time-boxed call with key suppliers in the final weeks before the wedding to confirm timelines, responsibilities and logistics without involving the couple.
£75–£125 - Recommended for larger or more complex weddings.
This service can be used on its own or as a stepping stone into On-the-Day Coordination for couples who later decide they would like professional on-site support.
This service is a good fit if:
