Planning a private celebration should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Whether you are hosting a Sangeet, Mehndi, a cultural Engagement party or an at-home celebration, the logistics, supplier management and timings can quickly become time-consuming and stressful.

Home marquee party planning is a core part of my work. These events require far more planning than venue-based parties, from supplier access and infrastructure to timings, flow and clear-down.

I specialise in planning cultural celebrations at home and venues where multiple traditions, family expectations and suppliers need to work seamlessly together.  I am used to working within family-led decision making, multiple stakeholders and culturally important moments where precision and sensitivity matter.

This service is designed for clients who value organisation, experience and calm execution. I work in a discreet, professional manner, anticipating issues before they arise and managing them quietly behind the scenes. My role is not to add noise or unnecessary complexity, but to provide structure, clarity and reassurance throughout the process.

You will have a single point of contact, clear communication and a planner who takes ownership of the details. I am used to working with private clients, family homes, high-value suppliers and time-sensitive schedules, and I understand the importance of precision, privacy and trust.

Many of the events I plan involve cultural elements, extended families, multiple key moments throughout the day and non-traditional formats, all of which require careful coordination and clear communication.

Party planning support with BusyBrides is completely tailored to your event. I start by understanding the type of celebration you’re hosting, the atmosphere you want to create and how involved you would like to be. From there, I step in as your planning and coordination lead, managing the practical details that turn an idea into a well-run event.

Support can include venue sourcing and suitability advice, trusted supplier recommendations, schedule and timeline creation, and guidance on budgets and logistics.

 

For events at private homes or marquee settings, I also manage access times, deliveries, power, and supplier flow, ensuring the event runs smoothly from the first arrival to the final departure.

As the event approaches, I liaise directly with suppliers, confirm timings, handle queries and ensure everyone is working from the same plan. 

 

On the day itself, I am present to coordinate set-up, manage suppliers, oversee timings and deal with any issues discreetly, allowing you to relax and enjoy your celebration without interruption.

Yes. Home and marquee events are a particular strength of mine, as they often involve more moving parts than a traditional venue. I manage access, deliveries, set-up, supplier coordination and clear-down so the day runs smoothly.

Do you offer on-the-day support only?
Absolutely. If you have already planned your event but want professional oversight on the day itself, I can step in to manage suppliers, timings and logistics so you are not tied up with questions or problem-solving.  You may wish to review my professional on-the-day coordination support.

How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible is always recommended, particularly for peak dates. However, I can sometimes accommodate shorter lead times depending on availability and event scope.

How is pricing structured?
Pricing is based on the type of event, level of support required and complexity involved. After an initial conversation, I provide a clear, tailored proposal so you know exactly what is included.

*As a guide, you can expect to pay 10% of the overall budget with a minimum fee of £3,497 according to venue location and level of staffing required to manage your event
