• Attend evening church rehearsal – £400
  Typically 4–5 hours total
  (Travel, attendance, liaison, post-rehearsal adjustments)
   

• Additional hours on the day – £75 per hour / £100 per hour after midnight
  Billed in real time, minimum 1 hour

• Venue search – £750 (included in full planning)
  (Design brief, research, calls, shortlisting, comparison notes)
   

• Attend venue show rounds – £250 + travel + £25 per hour onsite
  (Pre-reading, attendance, follow-up advice)

  (Research, options, liaison, guest guidance)
   

• Guest RSVP management – £300
  Typically 6–8 hours
  (Form build, tracking, chasing, reporting)
   

• Extra assistants on the day – £250-£400 according to experience
  Typically 8–10 hours of staff time
