frequently asked questions

Do you plan Indian or multicultural weddings? Absolutely. We specialise in multicultural weddings, including Indian, Hindu, Sikh, Muslim, and cross-cultural celebrations across the UK.

Where do you offer your wedding planning services?
We plan weddings throughout England for full wedding planning.  For Partial Planning and on the day Coordination we cover London and Home counties.  For Celebrant led services (if stand alone service) I cover London and Essex.

How early should I book a wedding planner?
Most couples book our services 9–18 months before their wedding, but we can assist at any stage of your journey for planning services.  We do say however, the earlier you book the earlier you get the benefit of our experience.

Do you offer destination weddings?
We could, but we honestly feel its important that you have a local planner on the ground to where you are marrying to be able to deal with, not just all the legalities, but all the logistics, so we leave that to the experts in the area.

Do you have a minimum wedding budget that you work with?

For us, it's more about making sure we are a good fit and also making sure your dream and vision is achieable within your budget.    We have planned small intimate family home marquee weddings from as little as £25k, to wedding plans of 350 guests up to £200k and everything in between.

Do you have experience with Dry hires?   Due to the fact that we specialise in cultural weddings, dry hires are very much part of that specialty.  So from dry hire venues to blank canvass marquees, we know all about the logistics necessary.

Have you done Jewish Weddings? Absolutely. Yes, we have done both Jew-ish and Jewish celebrations.

Can you deal with large scale weddings?  Of course.  We have planned, managed and coordinated weddings up to 500 guest count.

Do you have a team or bring staff with you?   We don't have a permanent team, but we have an incredible network of wedding planners that we draft in as and when we have bigger weddings need more planners on the day itself.   Generally weddings up to 200, unless there is a lot of movement, are easily managed by one highly experience lead planner.

What cultural traditions have you included in weddings?  I have done many cultural weddings.  To name some cultures, they have been Indian (Hindu, Sikh, Muslim), Chinese, Taiwanese, Vietnamese, Sudanese, Polish, Ukrainian, Irish, Scottish, Swiss, Ghanaian, Nigerian, Italian, Turkish, Cambodian, Sicilian, German, French.  Everyone of them, with all their various faiths bring beautiful cultural differences that we can intertwine into your wedding.
