When my husband and I started our wedding planning journey a toastmaster was one of our last-minute decisions, when searching Hitched Sian was the 1st Toastmaster we looked at, after a few emails back and forth I knew she was the one for us and I'm so glad we booked her.
We met at our venue to be greeted with a goodie bag (Sian knew we were slightly worse for wear!) We walked around the venue, discussed how we wanted our wedding to run to put a timeline in place.
Sian helped us massively with what we had left to organise and made us feel at ease completely.
We had a follow up call the week of the wedding along with many emails and WhatsApp messages to confirm all details for the big day.

Sian/Busybrides was a great choice for our wedding. From the very first contact, we felt at ease and were looking forward to having Sian on board. She was professional, thorough, friendly and a 'can-do attitude'. A couple of months before the wedding, we met at the reception venue to have a walk around and Sian asked the venue manager questions we had not even thought of. She was on time for both of our meetings and on the day too.
We had some last-minute let downs with decorating the venue due to unforeseen circumstances, but Sian was more than willing to help and did a fantastic job.
On the day, Sian was great at greeting guests, organising gifts, making sure that we were looked after with drinks and general well being. She was not intrusive and did a great job. Sian was our celebrant for our marriage in Aug 2019 and we have no words to explain how wonderful she was.
Our service was perfect and Sian really took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us figure out how best to structure the service in a way that felt personal and authentic for us.
It was so wonderful to have such a personal feel to the occasion, and having met with Sian in person and also video conferences in the build-up to the day, it really felt like we were being married by a friend.
I cannot recommend Sian highly enough, Our day was perfect and she played such an important role in making it that way.

Where to start? I always knew from the moment we decided to do our wedding at home that I wanted some extra help.
I wanted to be involved in the planning stage completely but wanted someone to do the on the day organisation. Kelsey wasn't convinced at the start as he thought we could do it all ourselves, but after hearing me out and both sets of parents agreeing that I would be a complete nightmare on the day if it was left to us, we went on the search for a wedding planner!
We came across Sian online and saw that she was not far from us and thought it would be better to have someone nice and local. We were not disappointed!
With both Kelsey and myself working full time and sometimes not home until gone at 7 pm, nothing was too much for Sian. Our first appointment she arrived at 7:30 pm and didn't leave until gone 10pm. She gave us a list of her preferred suppliers for the areas we needed and there was no pressure to go through with the booking after.
I knew straight away that I had found the person who would help make our dream wedding a reality! We booked her up near enough straight away. I got to do all the planning and arranging with suppliers myself so had complete control over it all which is exactly what I wanted.
Sian was always on the other end of the phone or email throughout the entire planning process and helped wherever she could. On the lead up to the wedding we had extra meetings and managed to get everything in line including a plan B for if the weather was bad.

We met Sian while we were looking around our venue and was given some fantastic tips and advice on some of the things we wanted to do. We booked Sian straight away and was so pleased that we had to meet her. Throughout all of our planning stages, Sian was there by our side.
Sian is really reasonably priced, communication was spot on. All advice and tips are given not only saved us some money but were just fantastic and brought a really personal touch to our wedding.
Sian was able to take all the stress and worries that we had and completely nailed it on the day. We were able to really enjoy our wedding day and had complete confidence that everything ran as it should.
You have a couple of meetings with Sian before the big day where you can run through every little detail, all our requests were meet and it was so lovely to get to know Sian on a personal level before our big day
We arrived at the venue the night before to set up but didn’t need to stress at all on the day as Sian arrived early in the morning to carry out all finial checks for set up. We had a lot of outside suppliers, all of which were taken care of by Sian, who had contacted them before our wedding day to ensure everything was going to run smoothly, which it did
We were so happy to have Sian be part of our special day and it really did feel as though we had known her for years. She is fantastic at what she does and is just such an amazing and funny person to be around. She really will make your day even more special than you already imagine it to be!

Sian was just absolutely amazing and we don’t know what we would have done without her.
Having her in charge meant we were free to relax and completely enjoy our day. She made it all seamless and took care of everything so efficiently and effortlessly. She made our wedding day run like a dream!!
From all the planning and negotiating she did for us before the day, to make special arrangements on the day. She even managed to secure a wonderful private estate for us to take our wedding pictures. We were quite cost-conscious and she gave us so many ideas of ways to save and get a better deal. Absolutely went above and beyond and one can’t put a price in that. Everyone said how beautiful and wonderful the day was and a lot of that was genuinely down to Sian.
But more than anything, she’s just a lovely and fun person to be with. Such a beautiful soul, we felt like we had known her all our lives by the end of the process and would genuinely consider her a friend.

I don’t know where to start as it all still feels like a wonderful dream!!
I can’t even begin to express how incredibly happy we are to have contacted you a few months ago to be our coordinator after weeks of umming and ahhing as to whether we needed one. Oh, WE NEEDED ONE and boy did we get the best.
The day was SEAMLESS. I was so anxious and uptight in the run-up to the wedding but on the day, knowing you were there, I was completely relaxed. I didn’t spend a minute of the day worrying about anything, it was clockwork. The suppliers all knew what they were doing and where they needed to be and worked harmoniously together which just made the day even more professional looking.
All of our friends and family have said how perfectly it went, everything was on time, everything was in place and the tipi looked incredible so thank you for the final touches. The fan was a godsend!! Thank you so much for that thoughtful gift.
The day was everything I dreamed of and wished for and I’m so glad it was a pleasurable job for you. You are the perfect person for the job, you are kind and lovely but at the same time, know how to whip suppliers into shape :)

Firstly Sian is a fun and lovely person to be around with a great sense of humour. She takes great pride in her work and went above and beyond to ensure our day went to plan. Knowing we had Sian gave us huge peace of mind and allowed us to relax on our wedding day.
We had a number of external suppliers and Sian dealt with them all expertly, both before the event to ensure they knew what was expected of them and on the day itself. There were hiccups on the day (not her fault!), but Sian dealt with them brilliantly and did her best to ensure our guests did not notice anything.
Sian met up with us multiple times before the day to make sure she understood our vision and made excellent suggestions on how best to make it a reality. She is a great sounding board and we knew she always had our best interests in mind. Sian was absolutely invaluable and is worth every single penny! 100% recommended!

Planning for our big day was a journey we will never forget as it leads to the happiest day of our lives.
Along the way, there were so many wonderful people who helped us to navigate the world of wedding planning, and Sian from Busy Brides was most definitely one of those special people.
As the wedding day drew closer we realised that with our large guest list we would need a toastmaster for the day to keep everything running smoothly or, as I said, someone to 'be on our side'. We found Sian and are so grateful for the quick google search for a 'modern toastmaster'.
From the first meeting, it was clear that we were getting much more than a Toastmaster. Sian has a wealth of knowledge of the wedding business and helped us consider details about the day we didn't even know we had to think about. Sian also has painstaking attention to detail and made sure that all of our decisions were well documented.
On the wedding day itself, we completely switched off from wedding planning mode and just enjoyed our day, but always out the corner of our eyes, we could see Sian in action working with the staff from the hotel and making sure all of our guests were where they should be throughout the day.
