We cannot recommend Sian/ Busybrides enough. From the very first contact, she was quick to respond to questions.
Once the questions were answered, we had no doubt that we had made the right decision and hired Sian as our Toastmaster.
Then we had our introduction call.. and after 45 mins on the phone. We felt at ease and were looking forward to having Sian on board.
Professional, thorough, friendly and a 'can-do attitude' is how I would describe the service we received!.
Baring in mind we had hired Sian for her Toastmaster services, you could tell that she is originally a Planner and that definitely shone through.
A couple of months before the wedding day, we met at the reception venue to have a walk around and so Sian could be familiar with the venue before the day. She had her planners head-on and asked the venue manager questions we had not even thought of.
Also, she challenged a couple of vague answers which the venue manager gave about equipment and something else.
I am sure that 99% of other Toastmasters would not even have thought of some of the things Sian asked about.
Even though we are in South London that was no problem, Sian was on time for both of our meetings and on the day too.
We had some last-minute let downs with decorating the venue due to unforeseen circumstances. At our wit's end, We asked Sian if she could help us (this was about the maximum a week before the wedding) She told us not to worry and was more than willing to help and did a fantastic job.
On the day Sian was great. Greeting guests, organising the gifts, making sure that we were looked after with drinks and general well being plus of course her great Toastmaster skills. Not intrusive and did a great job.
We even gave her mention of thanks in our speeches.
